I don’t ever write negative reviews about a place but when I call in as a prospective customer and I can’t even tell that I am calling a business because it sounds like the person on the other end of the phone is drooling on themselves I made an exception. My questions were not answered and I was advised that I would have to go through my insurance rather than deal directly with Aitkin Glass which makes no sense, because that is at my discretion weather I want to go through my insurance or not. I hope whoever was behind that phone hasn’t lost this company any more business.
