The owner was very unprofessional, he should maybe consider anger management. He also charged me for a skid loader ($267.00) that didn't work for the project i was on. He also yelled at me and said he would have me arrested because i slightly sped maybe 15/20 mph out of his back lot! Wow really! Total lack of customer relations skills! Very angry unhappy and disrespectful person...so sad! I'm connected with many business's and i will spread the word to never conduct business with Aitken rental.
I used to work there, and have had nothing but great experiences.
I have had nothing but good experiences with Al. I have rented over half a dozen things. All were in good working order and customer service was over the top. I will be renting many more items come this spring.
