Spider webs with bugs in them. Towels were black. Couch smelled so bad like a wet dog. The grounds were just as bad. When we were returning the key the young girl cleaning the rooms had her top tied up so her tummy was showing on the phone the time I was waiting for my friend to return. Very unprofessional. I was so sad to see this once great place not being taken care of. I do not know if the owners live on site are what. But they should check in once in awhile. I will never go back.
The quiet outdoors and next to river is great. Pillows not very good. Needed all 3 for sleeping. Breakfast is not appetizing. Alll packaged rolls, granola bars and "Capri Sun for juice.
Been going to Ripple River Motel for 3 years. Loved it very friendly lady who ran.it Very clean rooms and grounds. Was there last week very disappointed in the state the place was in. The young guy was very nice who ckecked us in. I told him last time we got a room that smelled so bad like dogs. And please do not give us that room. Will guess what we got that room. The person I was with asked me not to say anything. So of course I did not. We were in the room for maybe 10 minutes and we started to smell dog poop. I moved the couch nothing under there. The more we walked by the sink. Holy cow we found the horrible smell. A dog must of had the bad tummy. Again I was asked to deal with it. Will thank God I had spray in my Vehice.
When had a problem, they took care of it, were great. They don't have a big breakfast, so we ate at a very nice restaurant in town .
Nice comfortable motel and quiet.... Has a great view and a camp area for RVs..the rooms look like your in a cabin kinda.. love this place
Super freindly people ...we have our motorcylce and i needed a new battery...they took me to the auto parts store...helped me get back on road
